Brian Mansouri serves as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer for Secure. Brian is a member of the investment committee and oversees the company’s investment platform, focusing on acquisition and disposition strategy, capital markets initiatives, and overall portfolio management. Prior to joining Secure, Brian was a Partner and Head of Net Lease at SomeraRoad, where he oversaw the company’s ~$1 billion net-lease-focused investment portfolio. Prior to his time at SomeraRoad, Brian served as Senior Vice President at AR Global Investments, where he helped oversee acquisitions for the company’s two, publicly traded, net-lease REITs totaling more than $7billion. Throughout his career, Brian has originated, underwritten, and closed over $4 billion of net lease real estate. Brian holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and lives in Long Island, NY with his wife and family.
