Garreth Kaplan serves as Vice President, Acquisitions & Asset Management with Secure. Garreth joined the company in 2022 and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing new investment opportunities, completing dispositions, and helping to oversee the company’s owned portfolio. Prior to joining Secure, Garreth worked for a publicly traded net-lease REIT where he was instrumental in the acquisition and disposition of over $100 million of industrial and retail assets. Garreth started in commercial real estate as an investment sales broker where he successfully completed over $400 million in transactions. Garreth received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
