James Gagliano currently serves as Associate for Secure Properties. In his role James focuses on growth initiatives for Secure’s investment platform. Prior to Secure, James worked at Four Springs Capital, where he focused on industrial, medical, retail acquisitions throughout the United States. During his time at Four Springs, Jame worked on over $750 million of industrial net-lease acquisitions. James also supported management with corporate growth initiatives and portfolio management. James hold a degree in Bachelor Arts from Bucknell University.
