Mike Ivancic is a Vice President with Secure, overseeing all credit related functions, including the credit assessment of new investment opportunities and the monitoring of credit risk within the company’s existing portfolio. Joining Secure in 2023, Mike brings extensive experience in commercial real estate underwriting, having previously worked at withco, UCFunds, and Essential Properties Realty Trust (NYSE: EPRT). Mike graduated with Highest Distinction from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and currently resides in Manhattan, New York.
