Sami Gautam serves as the Vice President for Secure. Since joining Secure in August 2023, Sami has been responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing new investment opportunities, completing dispositions, and helping to oversee the company’s owned portfolio, with a particular focus on overseeing the company’s debt financing process. Prior to Secure, Sami worked in the Institutional Coverage Group at NNN Pro, a leading net-lease- focused investment advisor, focusing on new business development and credit underwriting. Sami holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Missouri and resides in Queens, NYC with her family.
