Zach Regenstein works as an Associate with Secure. In his role, Zach is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing new investment opportunities, completing dispositions, and helping to oversee the company’s owned portfolio. With a track record of underwriting over $1 billion in net lease opportunities, Zach brings extensive experience from his previous role as a senior associate at a boutique investment advisory firm in New York City. Zach earned his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
