James Gagliano serves as Vice President at Secure, where he focuses on acquisition structuring and execution, with a particular emphasis on the firm’s Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) investment program. In this role, James supports the growth and expansion of Secure’s investment platform through detailed underwriting, transaction execution, and coordination across acquisitions and portfolio initiatives. Prior to joining Secure Properties, James worked at Four Springs Capital, where he focused on the acquisition of industrial, medical, and retail properties across the United States. During his tenure at Four Springs, James was involved in more than $750 million of industrial net-lease acquisitions and also supported management on corporate growth initiatives and portfolio management. James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University.
